Bidding Management. Collect and screen bidding information from domestic and international sources; independently prepare, translate, format, and submit bilingual bid documents; assist in summarizing and reviewing commercial and technical proposals to meet requirements for international projects.
Contract Management. Draft, review, negotiate, and archive bilingual construction-related contracts (construction, subcontracting, procurement, consortium agreements, etc.); maintain contract records, track performance, and manage contract amendments, claims, and settlements.
Data Analysis & Financial Modeling. Conduct in-depth data analysis and financial modeling for specific projects (such as new business lines, pricing strategies, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement initiatives, and investment returns) to provide a quantitative basis for corporate decision-making. KPI Monitoring & Performance Management. Establish a library of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the overall performance of the company and the achievement levels of various departments; generate analytical reports to drive business optimization.
Cost Management & Collection. Coordinate with the budgeting department on Sales and Finance; manage progress payment applications and settlements according to project schedules; follow up on accounts receivable for international projects and assist with cross-border payment and tax-related commercial support.
Documentation & Qualification Management. Maintain a bilingual commercial document database (company qualifications, project references, personnel certificates, etc.) to ensure materials meet prequalification requirements for international projects.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Engineering, Engineering Management, Cost Engineering, International Trade, Data Science, Statistics, English, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, bidding, contract management, or data analysis within the construction industry; experience in overseas projects, foreign-invested projects, or cross-border commercial roles is preferred.
Fluent in English as a working language (required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to independently draft commercial correspondence, contract clauses, and participate in English-language meetings. Overseas study or work experience is a plus; TEM-8 or equivalent (e.g., IELTS 6.5+) preferred.
Familiar with FIDIC contract terms and common international contract templates; knowledgeable in domestic construction regulations and bidding procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word formatting, Excel data processing); able to read CAD drawings. Proficiency in Excel and mainstream BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or a foundational knowledge of SQL is preferred, with the ability to build complex analytical models. Experience with bidding software such as Glodon or Zhuye is a plus.
