Responsibilities

Oversee the entire testing process, driving continuous improvement and aligning activities with project goals

Define and implement test strategies for automation, performance, and manual workflows

Own the implementation of automation frameworks and testing tools based on project needs

Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges in frameworks and methodologies
-
Ensure ongoing improvement and optimization of frameworks and scripts for scalability and reliability

Provide technical direction to enhance testing efficiency and quality
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
-
Rich experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Testing or Test Automation
-
Proven experience planning and leading a full testing program — automation, performance, and functional
-
Strong expertise in building and maintaining test frameworks for Web, Mobile, Windows Applications, and APIs from scratch

Demonstrated ability to improve frameworks using design patterns, coding standards, and optimization for scalability and reliability
-
Proficiency in Cantonese is required
