The person will be managing the China Order Administration team, managing a team of 4 people.
The previous manager has agreed to evolve to a new function with SBA Asia and we are looking for her replacement.
The key tasks involved are:
1. Transaction (PO/RN) support to partners and sales

LKO: Validation based on China specific Policy, Creation & Submission

Creation ,Checking and Submission of transaction (direct CPE)
2. Answer queries from sales ecosystem

Answer Sales' , Sale Ops, DVE ,Finance team and Compliance team inquiry

Answer Partner's inquiry & Partner Interlock & Partner Portal maintenance
3. Preparation and updating of training materials, Training Trainings to partners and sales, sales ops
4. Life at 3DS ( Team Training, Team work arrangement, Backup arrangement, Policy and Process sharing )
5. Define and ordering system User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
6. Miscellaneous (Export Control, Business Continuity Plan documents creations, Localization, Audit support, KB activity support …)
Professional skills:
- Management experience
- Experience in transaction support in the software industry
- Experience working with Ordering systems such as Oracle People Soft
- Experience working with partner eco-system and supporting sales
- Good understanding of compliance risk aspects
- Fluent English communication skills
- [Good to have] Experience with automation (VBA, RPA, python,...) and AI tools (LLM)
