- Guard sustainable, profitable growth financial result;

推动所属事业部各业务流程的持续改进；

岗位职责包括但不限于 ：
- Ensure and secure monthly report with accuracy and completeness monthly report in time;
确保月结、年结的财务数据及时，准确，完整;
- Support analyzing and follow up actions from management team;
支持管理层的分析需求，跟进改进计划;
- Perform all the needed actions to complete the forecast cycle, follow up and analysis monthly / 3 Month expectancy / Yearly / 3 Year forecast;
执行并完成各预算周期的分析和跟踪，包括每月、每季度、每年、每三年的预测及实施;
- Monitor and analyze the divisional costs in all its forms and dimensions;
通过多种形式和维度，监控和分析所属事业部的费用;
- Maintain and develop cost controlling systems and cost structures of PT;
维护和提高成本控制系统和体系;
- Drive in training & coaching of employees to follow correct procedures
培训并指导员工遵循正确的业务流程
Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求 ：
Experience Requirements经验要求
- 6 years accounting experience in accounting 6年财务工作经验
- Cost accounting and Activity Based Costing knowledge is a plus 成本控制经验更佳
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above全日制本科或以上
- Thorough knowledge of MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) is a must优秀的MS-Office技能，包括Excel, PowerPoint
- BPCS knowledge, SAP is a plus熟悉BPCS，有SAP经验更加
- Good knowledge of written and oral English具备良好的英语口语和写作能力
