YOUR TASKS

Requirement management: Analyzing, clarifying and defining system requirements demanded by the customers, and standards, statutes, safety requirements by Hella. Creating technical gaplists for existing products in ALM and reviewing with customers.

Design planning: Defining, planning, and monitoring design tasks within the design process of a development project, using prescribed methods and systems. Drafting, creating and coordinating the system specifications and system architecture in accordance with general guidelines and methods.

System engineering: Creating a system engineering planning and steering the project team within the corresponding framework.

System testing: Creating, planning and monitoring the integration and integration test at system level in DV and PV phases.

System release: Creation, alignment and supporting the system release strategy for customer projects and related verification measures.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in motor, geartrain, sensor, etc and incorporate innovative solutions into designs.

Collaboration: Coordinating cross-function requirements and measures with mechanical design, hardware and software team.

Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation of the system, including system scorecards, system specification, etc.
文档： 准备详细的系统技术文档，包括系统记分卡、系统规范等。 -
Promotion of Hella products in China Market, and searching for new opportunities of Hella products.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics/mechatronics engineering or related majors.
电子/机电一体化工程或相关专业本科或以上学历。 -
More than 3 years working experience; experience in automotive industry preferred.
3年以上工作经验，有汽车行业经验者优先考虑。 -
Knowledge of DOORS, Rhapsody, Automotive SPICE, MATLAB, Simulink is preferred.
熟悉 DOORS、Rhapsody、Automotive SPICE、MATLAB 和 Simulink 者优先。 -
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
熟练掌握中英双语。 -
Good problem solving skills to address and resolve design related issues.
