- Daily documentation/operation for air-freight shipment.
- Communication with suppliers, vendors and overseas agent, maintain the smooth relationship with customer.
- Confirm with overseas agent with shipping information.
- Arrange booking with carrier under agent's shipping instruction.
- Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system.
- Keep agent informed for any changes.
- Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request.
- Update related charges in system in time.
- Continue follow up the shipment till complete.
