Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Technical LeadershipServe as the senior engineer for mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems across assigned facilities.
Ensure systems operate in compliance with local codes, regulatory requirements, and internal engineering standards.
Provide expert technical guidance for troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and system optimization.
Facility ManagementSupport day‑to‑day facility operations, ensuring high availability, safety, and performance of critical building systems.
Collaborate with operations teams to continuously improve reliability, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.
Opex & Capex ManagementLead Opex optimization initiatives, including maintenance strategy improvements, energy‑saving measures, and cost control.
Plan, develop, and manage Capex projects, including feasibility studies, budget development, ROI/LCC analysis, and execution oversight.
Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance to ensure alignment with approved budgets and business cases.
Project ManagementManage engineering projects from concept, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, to handover.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure project risks are identified, managed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementAct as the primary engineering interface with internal teams, external consultants, and service providers.
Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, and design documents.
Support procurement processes, including technical evaluation and vendor selection.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience10+ years of relevant experience in facility engineering and facility management environments.
Proven experience with mechanical, HVAC, and fire safety systems in commercial, industrial, or large‑scale facilities.
Demonstrated experience managing Opex and Capex budgets, as well as delivering engineering projects.
Technical & Professional SkillsStrong knowledge of facility systems design, operation, and maintenance best practices.
Solid understanding of project management principles and execution.
Ability to perform technical and financial evaluations (e.g., lifecycle cost, ROI).
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Language & CommunicationFluent in English both written and spoken.
Able to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred AttributesExperience working in multinational or large corporate environments.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.
