海外行政助理/董事长助理
工作地点:深圳
岗位职责:
1、负责统筹国内外行程安排,包含机票、酒店、签证办理、境外全程行程规划;
2、处理日常涉外行政工作,中英文信息对接、文件整理、会议协调、商务翻译;
3、跟随高管经常性跨国出差;
4、境外商务对接、合作方联络、出差后勤统筹、简单数据整理及其他交办工作。
任职要求:
1、现居住在深圳,年轻,性格活泼开朗,喜欢出行,能够接受高频跨国出差;
2、工作细心耐心,做事有条理,应变能力强,执行力佳;
3、中英文沟通无障碍,英语口语流利,可独立对接海外合作人员;
4、有涉外行政、董事长助理相关工作经验优先,会粤语优先。
Overseas Executive Assistant
Location: Shenzhen
Job Responsibilities:
1. Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, visa application and overseas itinerary planning.
2. Handle daily foreign administrative work, document sorting, meeting coordination and bilingual translation.
3. Travel internationally frequently with management to countries.
4. Communicate with overseas partners, arrange logistics for business trips, maintain simple records and complete ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
1. Female candidate based in Shenzhen, outgoing personality, fond of travelling and able to take frequent overseas trips.
2. Detail-oriented, patient, organized, flexible and highly proactive.
3. Fluent written and spoken English, able to communicate independently with overseas contacts.
4. Prior experience as executive assistant or overseas administrator is preferred. Cantonese speaking is a bonus.
