Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
What you’ll be doing
Quality Control Execution
Perform incoming material inspections, in‑process checks and finished product verifications.
Conduct sample testing following SOPs, specifications and quality standards.
Document inspection results in accordance with WMFTS quality system requirements.
Support calibration and metrology activities for quality quality ‑related equipment.
Ensure non‑conforming materials or products are properly identified, recorded and escalated.
Quality System Compliance
Follow established quality procedures to ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 where applicable).
Support internal and external audits through data preparation, documentation and answering quality ‑related queries.
Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
Cross‑Functional Support
Collaborate with Production to resolve quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.
Partner with Supplier Quality and Supply Chain to support supplier evaluations and incoming material quality improvements.
Provide quality input during engineering changes, validations or process improvements.
Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify opportunities to improve inspection methods, testing accuracy and documentation processes.
Participate in Lean, Six Sigma or other improvement projects.
Help standardize QC practices across China operations.

Previous Experience
Experience in Quality Control or laboratory testing within manufacturing, life sciences, medical device or related industries.
Experience with inspection tools, measurement systems and QC documentation.
Familiarity with ISO quality standards and regulatory expectations.
Experience supporting audits, deviations and CAPA activities is beneficial.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, quality or related field.
5–10 years of Quality or testing experience in a regulated or technical environment.
Training or certification in quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma) is a plus.
