","responsibilities":"Work with engineering team to support NPI builds;
Manage NPI ramps & own sustaining production at OEMs, ensuring overall performance meets all Apple criteria
Review OEMs supply plan and ensure it meets weekly MPS demand. Plan and manage:
- Operators and human resources
Drive Apple and vendor cross-functional teams to support the production plan, including: Quality, Process Engineering, Procurement, Material Planners, and Production Planners
Manage repeat lines/toolings qualifications during ramp and sustaining phase.
Manage E&O tracking and secure destruction.
Manage implementation of confidentiality procedures.
Support Engineering and Operations teams for new Product Development
Escalate issues not able to resolve by on-site management.
Preferred Qualifications
Master or MBA
Experiences of working on NPI or with design center
Team player, self-motivated & result oriented;
Good in communication skills and interaction with people;
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA degree
5+ years experiences in high volume manufacturing industry with production management, planning, material management, project management or supply chain management background;
English & Mandarin proficiency;
Willing to work from OEM factories within China;
Willing to work independently and travel frequently upon request (mainly in Asia).
