Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement commodity strategies for key CDU components.

Identify, evaluate and qualify new suppliers locally and globally, build a resilient supplier base.

Drive cost reduction through negotiation, value engineering, annual price reviews to ensure PPV achieves the targets.

Collaborate with SQE to ensure suppliers meet quality standards and lead the management of supplier scorecards.

Align procurement plans with CDU production schedule to avoid line stoppages and support NPI by sourcing prototype materials and ramping up production supply.

Coordinates with engineering on design for supply chain and component standardization.

Ensure compliance with company ethics, trade regulations and CDU industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or engineering, master’s preferred.

8+years of procurement experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in data center related products or cold plates industry.

Deep knowledge of CDU components and CDU suppliers’ management.

Proven track record in cost negotiation, supplier development, and contract management.

Experience with global CDU appoints the third party and vendor.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
