Manage and deliver digital projects from concept to deployment, including web platforms, marketing tools, e-commerce, AI, and sales enablement solutions.
Support the regional rollout of global digital and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with Syensqo’s standards while adapting them to local user needs, market behavior, and regulatory contexts.
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to define project scope, priorities, and requirements aligned with business goals.
Ensure technical feasibility, quality, and timely delivery of regional and global digital initiatives.
Act as a local digital focal point in APAC, providing insight into customer behaviors, digital trends, and platform usage in the region.
Manage and optimize digital platforms and tools (websites, marketing automation, content management, analytics, etc.) to enhance user experience and engagement.
Leverage Chinese digital and social media channels (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, Douyin, etc.) to increase Syensqo’s visibility and digital footprint.
Foster strong collaboration and communication with global digital, marketing, and business teams to ensure alignment and effective regional implementation.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in web, digital marketing, or e-commerce project management, ideally within an international manufacturing or B2B company.
Fluent in English and Chinese
Proven experience in digital project execution and regional rollout of global solutions
Understanding of marketing automation (emailing tool), CMS, and analytics platforms.
Deep knowledge of the Chinese digital ecosystem and marketing channels (WeChat, Weibo, Baidu, etc.).
Experience working in multicultural, global organizations, with cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong digital project management and execution capabilities.
Practical experience with web, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and AI-driven digital innovation.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cultural and functional boundaries.
Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and results orientation.
Agile, adaptable, and proactive, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
