As a member of the Operations Team, you will perform general administrative tasks by running various reports, maintaining customer information, and assisting with tasks to ensure the branch is compliant. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for office environment management, procurement, registration, and management of office supplies and fixed assets.
- Responsible for the sending, receiving, and circulation of various types of express delivery and letters within the company.
- Answering and transferring calls; Reception of visitors.
- Manage the cleanliness and hygiene of the office, reception room, and conference room, as well as the maintenance of green potted plants.
- Organize internal company meetings, annual meetings, etc., keep good meeting records and follow up on post meeting implementation.
- Responsible for the storage of the office belongings and registering the entry and exit of items.
- Enterprise Qualification and External Relations: Assist in handling administrative approvals and business affairs such as annual review of the company's business license, import and export qualifications, customs filing, and various certificates of origin.
- Cross departmental collaboration: As a hub department, assist finance (such as reimbursement document circulation), business, warehouse and other departments in smooth communication, and complete other administrative tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:
- Education background: College degree or above, administrative management, English related majors are preferred.
- Work experience: 1-3 years of administrative and secretarial related work experience, with a background in the trade industry preferred.
- Language proficiency: Possess basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (CET-4 or above), and be able to handle daily English emails and receive foreign clients, preferably.
- Software skills: Proficient in operating Office software (such as Word, Excel report creation, PPT layout, etc.), familiar with basic office equipment maintenance.
- Comprehensive qualities: possessing good professional ethics and service awareness; Strong organization, good stress resistance, excellent communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
