Job Description
This position is to explore, develop and maintain the large-sized corporate customers and offer the full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management, trade finance, loan and FX/interest rate riskes management.
Responsibilities
- Develop, explore and maintain strong relationships with the large-sized corporate clients, understanding their business model and the key industry driver/risk;
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the client's relationship with the bank;
- Collaborate and closely work with various internal stakeholders within the Bank, such as GTS, GFM ect. to deliver comprehensive tailor made financial solutions to clients;
- Actively monitor client accounts and portfolios, ensuring timely and appropriate actions are taken to address any issues or changes in client needs;
- Full compliance with the policy of the Bank and regulator.
Requirements
- Have relevant experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and loyalty with/from clients;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and present the clients' performance;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Commitment to providing excellent client service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism;
- Familiar with the Bank's products and banking related regulation/policy;
Be able to explore and onboard the fresh relationship to the Bank.
