- Lead end-to-end (E2E) packaging projects across the region, including product launches, manufacturing footprint optimization (MFO), and third-party manufacturing (3PM) initiatives.

Drive packaging selection, development, qualification, and implementation of innovative packaging solutions, materials, designs, processes, and testing methodologies.

Identify and implement opportunities to reduce packaging complexity while maintaining performance, quality, total cost of ownership and compliance.

Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, manufacturing sites, quality, procurement, supply chain, and external suppliers.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

5 years+ experience in packaging development, packaging engineering, or packaging project management, preferably in industrial packaging segment such as drums, boxes, containers

Strong knowledge of packaging materials, packaging technologies, qualification methodologies, and packaging sustainability principles.

Experience managing regional and cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.

Proven track record in cost reduction, complexity management, supplier qualification, and process improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.

Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive execution across multiple functions and locations.
