Your Job
1.
Support category team for supplier segmentation and consolidation.
2.
Support category team for material taxonomy
3.
Monitoring and support on monthly spending, savings analytics and report
4.
Improve total cost of ownership by reducing the purchase prices and key KPI drivers.
5.
Improve the cash flow for the assigned category, improve DSI, DTP, S&E
6.
Support category team for should cost analysis.
7.
Closely collaborate with purchasing and regional category management to ensure supply continuity.
8.
Support category for exploring cost reduction opportunities. Value creation by value engineering, supply chain optimization, alternates, process improvements, dual sourcing, negotiations, rebate management
9.
Execute category strategies for the team by working closely with all stakeholders
10.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
What You Will Do
REQUIRED:
At least 4 years of experience in sourcing, category management, engineering or procurement
PREFERRED:
Familiarity with Industry Standard, Should Cost Model, related Production Process
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
Fluent English listening and speaking skills
Strong negotiation skills and excellent business sense
Good problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
B ackground in Engineering, Finance, Project / Business Management.
PREFERRED:
Experience working with international teams

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical degree
