Senior Software Test Engineer
Responsible for end-to-end software testing of automotive products, ensuring delivery meets customer specifications, ASPICE, ISO 21434, ISO26262 and company quality standards: JE-PDS. Independently lead test design, execution, defect management and process compliance, support cross-team collaboration and knowledge transfer to guarantee stable project delivery.
1. Undertake automotive embedded software testing including requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, test execution, defect tracking and test report completion.
2. Independently responsible for integration testing, system testing, regression testing and customer support testing for automotive projects.
3. Follow ASPICE, ISO 21434 and ISO26262 processes, complete all test deliverables and support internal & customer audits.
4. Cooperate with software, system, CM and quality teams to maintain test environment, baseline, configuration and tool availability.
5. Analyze complex test issues and defects, drive closure, conduct risk assessment and quality gate evaluation.
6. Optimize test process, specifications and methods to improve test efficiency, coverage and product quality.
7. Provide guidance and training to junior test engineers to improve team capability.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Automation or related majors.
2. 5+ years of professional experience in automotive electronics software testing, with AGS/ECU/body electronics experience preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge and practical project experience of ASPICE test process.
4. Familiar with ISO 21434 cybersecurity testing requirements, ISO26262 functional safety testing requirements and related validation activities.
5. Proficient in embedded software testing, test case/script design, defect management and test documentation.
6. Experience with CAN/LIN communication, diagnostic services and testing tools (e.g., Vector CANoe, VectorCAST) is a strong plus.
7. Good English reading and writing skills; able to write English documents and collaborate with global teams.
8. Strong quality awareness, responsibility, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.

1. Experience working in automotive Tier‑1 suppliers.
2. Experience in test automation or script development.
3. Experience in ASPICE, cybersecurity, functional safety audit support.
4. Familiar with configuration management, baseline and tool chain management.
