We are looking for a Assistant Director of Events Management
As a Assistant Director of Events Management, we rely on you to
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in drafting banquet sales plans and annual budgets.
Analyze existing clients, build and maintain customer relationships, dig deep into clients’ potential demands, design and roll out customized event packages for various corporate customer segments, and explore new cooperation models and business growth opportunities.
Conduct field visits to prospective clients to cultivate and sustain long-term favorable customer partnerships.
Take charge of key account management, including but not limited to establishing client profiles, signing contracts, processing orders, following up on payment recovery and issuing invoices.
Support the development and marketing of the hotel’s new banquet products; maintain regular close contact with core business clients and VIP guests, and follow up on all dining service arrangements.
Organize regular staff training to enhance employees’ overall professional quality.
We are looking for someone who:
College diploma or above with no less than 3 years of relevant working experience in the identical role.
Possess fundamental knowledge of the local market, strong industry awareness, and sharp market insight and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, coordination and public relations capabilities with strong team spirit.
Prior experience in key account development & management and corporate banquet project operation within the hotel or catering industry is preferred.
Candidates with existing market resources among enterprises, public institutions, foreign companies, schools and social organizations will be given priority.
