Key Responsibilities/主要职责
- Drive the end-to-end New Product Development process, from ideation, conceptual design, prototyping, testing, to final commercialization, generate design concepts and conduct feasibilities studies
推动端到端的新产品开发流程，从构思、概念设计、原型制作、测试到最终商业化，生成设计概念并进行可行性研究。
- Driven the creation a new pumps conceptual type spectrum and calculate the hydraulic geometric parameters of the pump to provide data references for the hydraulic simulation process.
创建新产品泵概念型谱，并计算泵的水力几何参数，为水力模拟过程提供数据参考。
- Perform detailed design activities including Hydraulic & structure integrity and reliability and develop 2D/3D drawings. 执行详细的设计活动，包括液压和结构的完整性和可靠性，并开发2D/3D图纸。
- Build and test prototypes to validate product performance, operationality and maintainability.
建立和测试原型，以验证产品的性能、可操作性和可维护性。
- Perform extensive tests (lab, functions, endurance) to assess product efficiency and reliability.
进行广泛的测试（实验室、功能、耐久性），以评估产品的效率和可靠性。
- Validate compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, ISO), marine classification requirements, and local regulations.
验证符合行业标准（ASME， API， ISO），船舶分类要求和当地法规。
- Crate Bills of materials (BOMs), manuals and all design related documentation or reports.
创建材料清单（BOM），手册和所有设计相关的文件或报告。
- Monitor product performance on site and collect customer feedback.
在现场监控产品性能并收集客户反馈。
- Ensure products meet technical specifications, performance benchmarks, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
确保产品符合技术规格，性能基准，法规遵从性和质量标准。
- Implement design cost principles to optimize cost efficiency and production scalability.
执行设计成本原则，以优化成本效率和生产可扩展性。
Required Qualifications/所需的资质
- At Least 10 + years of experience in product development, design, or R&D roles in pump industry. proficient in the design logic of pumps.
至少10年以上泵行业产品开发、设计或研发经验，熟练泵的设计逻辑。
- Proficiency in CAD tools, preferable Siemens NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Office application,
熟练使用CAD工具，如Siemens NX， SolidWorks, AutoCAD和Office 软件。
- Familiar with the principles of CFD simulation and understand the logic of FEM analysis.
熟悉CFD模拟原理和了解FEM分析逻辑
- Familiar with international standards like ASME, ANSI, DIN, FCI, EN, ASTM, NACE, API, PED, etc.
熟悉ASME， ANSI， DIN， FCI， EN， ASTM， NACE， API， PED等国际标准。
- Familiar with Product Lifecycle Management and SAP and ERP systems.
熟悉产品生命周期管理和SAP&ERP系统。
- Familiar with casting material, grade, pattern design, and engineering materials with their properties & heat treatment processes.
熟悉铸造材料、牌号、图案设计和工程材料及其性能和热处理工艺。

- Proven design experience in driving complex product development and engineering design processes.

Education/教育背景
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design or a related technical field, degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering (Fluid Mechanics) is preferred.
本科或硕士学历，机械工程，工业设计或相关技术领域，热能与动力工程（流体力学）学位优先。
Language Skills/语言技能
- Good verbal and written English and Mandarin are required.
良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
