As a Floor Manager, we rely on you to:
作为楼层经理,我们希望您承担以下职责:
1.Daily routine check each area and report to Executive Housekeeper.
每天检查各区域日常工作并向行政副管家汇报。
2.Review and create work plan to supervisor levels.
检查各区域主管制订的工作计划。
3.Keep track daily on guests and room status, carry out spot checks on guest rooms, inspect VIP rooms, pay occasional visits to long-stay guests, and visit guests who are feeling unwell.
掌握住客情况和房态,抽查客房,检查VIP房间,不定期拜访长住客,探访生病宾客。
4.Ensure all available rooms are kept in good condition at all times.
负责所有可租房随时保持良好状态。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下能力:
1.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
熟练使用微软办公软件
2.Organizational and training abilities
组织与培训能力
3.3 years housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training.
3年客房服务经验,最好是在规模和复杂程度相似的酒店工作,且具备管理经验或相关培训经历。
