We are currently looking for a Service Associate – Banquet to join our Food & Beverage team.
Summary
The server is responsible for the overall experience of guests dining in the banquet. Under the supervision of the Captain, the server controls the service to the guest at their table. He or she also ensures that the table and all mise-en-place are property set and replenished. Additional duties include following the instructions of the banquet manager. As a position with a lot of guest contact, the server plays a critical role in ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

工作概述
服务员要对所有在宴会厅用餐的客人的经历负责。在领班的管理下,服务员为客人提供服务。他/她要确保桌面的摆设是正确的。另外的职责包括根据服务程序,练习营销技巧,收银员的职责并且根据宴会厅经理的吩咐来实行。这个岗位会与大部分客人有交流,服务员扮演着关键的角色来确保客人拥有一个愉快的,令人难忘的用餐经历。
