本岗位负责电子电气产品研发领域的【人因工程】【人机交互】类业务解决方案设计、测试能力建设与项目管理,并协助相关业务拓展。产品设计、心理学、数据统计类等等专业均可,不要求具有理工科专业背景,需要较好英语口语表达能力。
The position is responsible for the solution desing of E&E R&D human factors business, establishment of testing capability, and project management. In addition, the position is needed to assist R&D BD in human factor business development.
- Conducts research and development of human factors ergonomics for electronic and electrical products; (15%)
- Design and establish the standardized testing process of human factors ergonomics projects; (15%)
- Develop the algorithm for evaluating human factors experimental results; (15%)
- Research the related standards and scientific literatures; (15%)
- Manage project activities; (15%)
- Assist R&D BD in human factor business development; (15%)
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as required. (10%)
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Factors Engineering, Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Artificial Intelligence or Product Design;
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the related industry;
- Experience in human factors research tools and methods is preferred; experience in ergonomic development process of products is preferred;
- Excellent data analysis skills;
- Well organized and be able to work independently;
- Fluent in English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal skills, project management skills, presentation skills, computer skills.
