Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist project manager/engineer to follow up the project progress

2. Create project folders and follow up, assist project manager to organize the project folders and ensure that the project folders are complete.
创建项目文件夹并跟进，协助项目经理整理项目文件夹，确保项目文件夹资料齐全
3. Initial review of test reports, including whether the format of the report meets the company's requirements and whether there are any clerical errors.
检测报告的初步审核，主要包括报告的格式、文字是否满足公司要求
4. Complete the invoice application according to the project process.
根据项目流程，完成发票的申请
5. Cooperate with the project manager to complete the printing, binding and mailing of reports.
配合项目经理完成报告的打印、装订和邮寄
6. Participate in the organization of departmental activities, such as reunion, dinner and annual meeting.
参与组织部门活动，如团建、聚餐、年会
Job Requirements:
1..Bachelor degree or above
本科学历以上
2.Clear logical thinking, good communication skills and problem analysis and solving ability.
具有清晰的逻辑思维，良好的沟通能力和问题分析解决能力
3. Proficient in the use of office software (Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel, etc.).
能熟练使用办公软件（Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel等）
4.Good organizational and planning skills, need to arrange meetings, track project progress, manage documents and ensure projects are well organized.
具有较好的组织与计划能力，需要安排会议、跟踪项目进度、管理文档，确保项目井井有条
5.Attention to detail, document management, data collation, report review, etc. requires a high degree of accuracy.
注重细节：文档管理、数据整理、报告审核等都要求极高的准确性
6. Ability to work proactively

7.English listening, reading and writing skills are preferred.
