Your Job
This position has the responsibility to make and implement the effective production plan. And communicates with Master Planner about demand, capacity, and constraints in short term.
What You Will Do
- Managing material and equipment availability, clearly know each process situation.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Closely monitor backlog and adjust plan if there is any abnormal issue on demand, production, material, quality, etc.
- Keep the reasonable stock level within target.
- Data analysis in both planning CRD/MPD, DSI, S&E, overdue and production POEE/MMR
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- More than 3 years Production planning experience in manufacturing field.
- Hard working attitude and responsibility.
- Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent MS office skill and English.
- Good communication and team player.
What Will Put You Ahead
- SAP/APS experience is preferred.
- Connector manufacturing field.
VSM (value stream) and PJM (project management) experience.
