主要职责访客接待与管理:热情、专业地接待来访客户、合作伙伴及候选人,完成登记、引导及通知对接人;
管理访客系统,确保信息安全与出入合规。
电话与信息枢纽:接听总机电话,准确转接或记录留言,及时响应内外部咨询;
处理日常邮件、快递、包裹的收发与分拣,确保信息流转顺畅。
办公支持服务:维护前台区域整洁、有序,保持公司形象窗口的专业性;
协助准备会议室、茶水间物资(如咖啡、茶点、文具等);
支持员工入职、活动、会议等行政后勤保障工作。
基础行政事务:协助管理办公用品库存,发起采购申请;
配合完成考勤辅助记录、名片印制、工牌制作等日常事务;
执行上级交办的其他行政支持任务。
任职要求学历背景: 大专及以上学历,行政管理、文秘、酒店管理或相关专业优先;
工作经验:1年以上前台、行政助理或客户服务相关经验;
有互联网、科技公司或高端写字楼前台经验者优先;
核心能力:形象端正,普通话标准,具备良好的职业素养与服务意识;
沟通表达清晰,待人亲和,具备较强的应变与协调能力;
熟练使用Office办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)及常用办公设备;
工作细致、责任心强,能同时处理多项任务并保持高效;
具备基础的保密意识与信息安全观念。
语言能力: 具备基础英语沟通能力者优先(如能接听简单英文电话或接待外籍访客)。
