Position Summary
We are currently seeking French-speaking individuals based in Shanghai to support city-based activities involving small groups of international visitors.
This role focuses on communication, local orientation, and helping participants enjoy a smooth, well-organized experience while discovering different areas of the city.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany visitors during planned city activities in Shanghai
- Provide general information about the city's neighborhoods, culture, and daily life
- Support communication with French-speaking participants
- Assist in ensuring the smooth organization and timing of each activity
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
- Help create a positive and memorable experience for visitors
Candidate Requirements
- Based in Shanghai
- Good familiarity with the city and its main districts
- Comfortable interacting with international visitors
- Fluent in French (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Comfortable accompanying visitors for activities lasting several hours
Working Arrangement
- Freelance / Independent Contractor
- Flexible availability depending on assignments
- Activities typically last between 3 and 8 hours
- Compensation provided per assignment, with performance-based incentives
