To support the sales force with general operations, such as sending samples, following up orders and applying for regulatory documents
支持销售团队的日常运作, 包括寄送油样样品,协助跟进订单情况,系统申请法规文件等
- To support sales in making quotation and prepare agreement, maintain client database and follow up A/R status and sales data & statistics
帮助销售同事处理报价、合同;维护客户信息库;追踪付款信息、销售数据等
- Provide other related support to sales team as required

Your professional profile includes
本科以上学历
- 1-2 years related working experience in sales support and/or customer care would be an advantage. Fresh graduate will be acceptable
有1-2年销售支持或客服相关工作经验优先考虑。优秀应届毕业生也可考虑
- Good team player and willing to communicate
良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力
- Good communication skills with internal and external parties

- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) is required. (CET6 or above)

- SAP or ERP experience will be a benefit
