Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across APAC (Greater China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking, agencies, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Collaborate with HR and business teams to align recruitment efforts with regional business goals.

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition across the regions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree holder or above.

5+ years of working experience in Talent Acquisition. Welcome agency background candidates.

Fluent in verbal & written both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Deeply knowledgeable about various APAC market recruitment practices.

Strong organizational and pipeline management skills, especially in high-volume recruitment settings.

Global perspective with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and offices.
