- 3+ years secretary experience
- Good English skill in both oral & written
- Good computer skill, be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
- Independence in handling complicated tasks and coordination
- Strong problem solution and networking skills High sense of responsibility and well organized
- Good sense of urgency and well discipline
- Ability to deal with confidential information
- Proactive and good team worker
