Key Responsibilities

Manage the export operations of finished products and materials from China to global markets, ensuring seamless trade execution and regulatory compliance.

Own designated import/export lanes and drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and value creation initiatives.

Lead trade system operations, including data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with overseas stakeholders and external partners, including Customs and 3PL providers, to ensure smooth cross-border operations.

Build logistics partners' capabilities and drive continuous improvement across trade and supply chain processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.

Strong ownership, learning agility, and execution skills.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to influence and develop 3PL partners to deliver business results.

Experience in international trade operations, customs compliance, logistics, or supply chain planning is preferred.
