Qualifications for Consideration:
_•Bachelor’s or above degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or Information and Communication Engineering._
_•5 years or_ _more of experience in supplier quality management, including process and technology._
_•Experience in the copper communication industry, familiarity with Lan Cable, Copper Cable, RJ45 Cable assembly, PCB & Electronic parts processes is a plus._
_•Familiarity with ISO9001 quality systems and product/process development, knowledge of TL9000 is an advantage._
_•Strong knowledge and practical application of PFMEA, SPC, DOE, and MSA._
_•Proficient in quality tools such as TQM, 8D, Poke Yoke, Kaizen, and QC 7 tools._
_•Experience in developing and documenting quality procedures and inspection methods._
_•Understanding of reliability, environmental, and qualification programs._
_•Ability to monitor vendor quality programs and implement corrective actions._
_•Assertive communicator with excellent verbal and written skills._
_•Strong decision-making, logical reasoning, and interpersonal skills._
_•Capable of articulating, defending, and negotiating quality expectations with suppliers._
_•Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure._
_•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Minitab; able to interpret 2D drawings._
_•Strong analytical skills for resolving quality issues._
_•Willingness to travel extensively: 80% in China, 20% in APAC region._
_•Fluent in communication in both English and Chinese._
_•Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus._
_•Experience with SAP is a plus_
_•Proficient in written and spoken English; CET-4 required, CET-6 preferred._
