Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing(20%):
- New order processing including contract review, order entry, End user check and application, Backlog order review, follow up with BU commercial, order shipment and files archived, etc.
- Evaluate the current order management process end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Project Support(50%):
- Workflow Setup& Execution: Support to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order fulfilment and escalate any operational issues to the project lead immediately.
Data Analysis & Reporting(20%):
- Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to monitor order processing performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.

Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in International trade or equivalent
Professional Skills/ Abilities:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations, knowledge of international trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF) and letter of credit processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, CSI, Oracle) for order entry and inventory checks. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Preferred:
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation software).
- Basic understanding of end user export control process is preferred.
