- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in plant or manufacturing quality, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Technical Competence:
- Strong background in problem-solving methodologies (8D, FRPS, A3, DMAIC).
- Knowledge of adhesive or chemical manufacturing processes preferred.
- Proficiency in product qualification, customer audits, and quality system management.

Leadership Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse quality teams.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and customer focus mindset.

Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
