Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for conduct research for identification of new markets, new customers, and customer trends and needs, increasing the company’s visibility and presence and the customer awareness of the company and product offerings within all departments of the customer (Purchasing, Engineering etc.) develop a sales growth strategy/business development plan focused on existing customers, new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, financial growth, and the introduction of new products to the customer portfolio’s.

Qualifications
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years sales experience at an automotive company.
- Language Ability: Proficiency in English and Japanese
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Lead the new customer acquisition process within China.
- Create a comprehensive Business Development Plan. Manage its execution and control the execution and success rate.
- Create Business Development KPI’s and set SMART goals.
- Arrange business meetings with existing and prospective customers
- Promote the company’s products by addressing or predicting the clients’ objectives, needs and requirements.
- Develop quotes and commercial proposals and present to customers
- Create reports and business development presentations to present to KSR’s management.
- Provide detailed, comprehensive and trustworthy feedback
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Other tasks assigned from line managers
