1. Act as a team leader to manage and supervise the test team of EMC laboratory.

3. Lead laboratory team to ensure laboratory runs smoothly in accordance with ISO 17025 and meet requirements of both internal and external accreditations.

4. Working proactively on regulations and standards updates, implement the method validation efficiently and train up laboratory test team.

5. Provide internal and external technical supports including but not limit to technical enquiries, trainings, seminars and webinars

Job Requirements:
1. At least 5-8 years’ experience on IT, household, lighting equipment, industry & electrical testing for EMC and with at least 3-5 years of EMC laboratory management experience.

2. Bachelor degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or relevant.

3. Good communication skills and problem solving ability, work carefully and patiently.

4. Hands-on experience with test & measurement for new energy products. Including photovoltaic inverters, energy storage products and automotive charge station.
