What You Will Do

Partner with business leaders to translate business objectives into effective people strategies that support growth and long-term value creation.
- Provide thought leadership on talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees by addressing workplace concerns and enabling a positive, respectful employee experience.
- Champion and embed Principle-Based Management (PBM) principles across people processes and daily leadership practices.
- Enable effective talent management through performance management, development planning, and retention strategies.
- Support organizational change initiatives, including cultural transformation, restructuring, and clear, timely employee communications.
- Help leaders navigate transitions and, when necessary, manage employee exits in a respectful, compliant manner.
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks by ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree in HRM or related major.
- More than 8 years' HR Generalist experience in MNC ;
- Proficient English writing and speaking skills;
- Effective communication, coordination and influence skills;
- Good organizing, planning and prioritizing skills to effectively handle multiple tasks;
- Possess initiatives, result-oriented and customer focus;
- Strong analytical capability and critical thinking skills;
- Good understanding of talent market and good local employment and labor knowledge

- Expert in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Words etc.
- Open to challenge and hold strong willingness and capability to learn and embrace change;
- Strive for continuous improvement in terms of business result and process;
- Strong business acumen.
