We are currently looking for a Service Manager - Yi Cafe to join our Food & Beverage team.
As a Service Manager - Yi Cafe Outlet Manager, we rely on you to
- Lead, mentor and train the Restaurant team to deliver excellent experiences to guests.
- Proactively drive Guest Engagement and motivate the team to engage with guests.
- Interact with customers and improve service based on feedback received.
- Handle complaints and make effective service recovery
- Provide support on urgent issues.
- Ensure that staff receives consistent and proper communication.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in high profile and fast-paced F&B outlets
- Positive attitude and proactive with a teamwork mindset
- Guest relations to host International tourist, communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Enjoys being challenged and willing to work shifts
- Motivator and self starter
- Displays initiative
- Commitment to professional values
