Job Overview 综述:
As an operator in 24/7 team, this position is to help complete the daily works from operation's perspective to drive the AC2O SQRE performance.
Responsibilities 职责:
- Stewardship

Issues safe work permits

LOTO equipment and turn over to maintenance for repairs and participate in return to service of equipment

Conduct Behavior Based Observations (BBO), communicate HazRecs and Near Miss Incidents.

Take part in emergency response / Initial response team as needed

Start up and shutdown of process equipment in a safe manner

Perform work in accordance to Conduct of Operations for proper hand-offs with other workgroups

Quality
-
Followup SOPs, BOMs, etc. procedures, monitor the system running condition outside to ensure all parameters on defined range;

Monitor the production condition, troubleshooting and escalation issues which may impact production quality;

Collect samples to lab for analysis

Reliability
-
Conduct routine rounds (SQRE) and proactively report, mitigate and solve emerging issues of field equipment;

Monitor production process (e.g. DCS, gauges …);

Investigate and troubleshoot abnormal operations;

Operate field equipment (e.g. valves, pumps) to perform operations tasks per SOP, SOC, special instructions (e.g. filter changes, bagging, manual activities, additions …)

Shift handover and takeover

Attend training to improve and maintain production processes as required
Qualifications 要求:
Chemical, engineering or related majors.
Electrician license is preferred.
At least 3 years experience in chemical related companies, including internship.
