- Bachelor’s/Master’s student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- Strong communication (Mandarin & professional English) and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail ; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A growth mindset : curious, accountable, and eager to learn TA best practices.
- Able to commit at least 4 days/week during the internship (flexible for exams).
- Experience in campus recruiting, HR clubs, or student organizations.
- Basic data analysis (pivot tables, charts) and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Content creation skills (copywriting/design) for employer branding posts.
- Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentorship from experienced TA partners .
- Practical experience with leading ATS/HR tools and recruitment analytics.
- Opportunity to lead mini-projects and showcase process improvements.
- Internship certificate and, based on performance, potential conversion opportunities.
