Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell the bank's products and services to existing clients
- Collaborate with the Institutional Banking Group teams and product teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions that address the client's requirements
- Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and client feedback to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management team
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the Corporate Banking division
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the banking industry, financial products, and services;
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and cross regional teams;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs to drive the business growth
- Proficient in using relevant banking and financial software applications
