We are looking for Senior Sales Manager - Corporate, we rely on you to:
Handle sales activities with local and international partners.
Generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel.
Take responsibility for the team's sales performance.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Maintain sales and service standards of the team.
Maximize the sales revenue.
Develop new business accounts.
We are looking for someone who:
Have a passion for Sales and Marketing.
Be a strong team player.
Have a can-do attitude.
Enjoy crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers.
Think outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel.
Understand the global markets and local environment.
Communicate and write with fluency in English (as well as the local language) due to the service needs for local and foreign customers.
Have relevant experience in a similar capacity previously.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be able to engage in a friendly and professional manner with business partners and customers.
