Proven experience in supply chain operations, manufacturing operations, or related fields, with a solid understanding of the Order-to-Shipment process.
Hands-on proficiency in at least several of the following automation and data tools: Power BI, Power Automate, Excel VBA, Python, or AI-driven automation technologies.
Experience in procurement and supplier management, including Purchase Order management, delivery tracking, and supplier performance monitoring.
Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives with measurable efficiency gains; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies is a plus.
