This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Streamline end-to-end DSO forecast process and monitor forecast accuracy for Eaton APAC sites
- Drive strong ownership of collection performance, with a focus on reducing overdue receivables and achieving defined collection and past‑due targets.
- Manage overall annual credit assessment process to improve credit level quality
- Work closely with credit firm, like D&B or other firms to deliver timely credit data to cooperate with plants for goods release reasonable;
- Perform credit investigation and summarize C&C report for monthly review meeting;
- Prepare regional business analysis reports by operation requests. If need, make reports standardized and lead continuous improvements on C&C;
- Coordinate SOX and compliance on credit & collection function
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects
- 1-2 years’ experience on Credit/collections or FP&A
- Good knowledge about Eaton business process
- Good analysis skill.
- Strong coordination and communication skill.
- Strong SOX and compliance knowledge.
- Have CI project management experience.
- Fluent in English is must
