Main responsibilities / job expectations:
1. Marketing Material Support: Support the marketing team in developing and organizing product materials required by the sales and marketing teams.
2. Market Intelligence Assistance: Assist in the basic collection and organization of information related to the target disease area, competitors, and patient needs. 3. Administrative & Operational Excellence: Assist in organizing internal and external promotional meetings, and handling other daily team administrative affairs.
4. Daily Operational Support: Work with the marketing team to support the department’s daily operational tasks and ensure smooth execution.
Knowledge, abilities & experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Basic English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit, with a meticulous and responsible work attitude.
- Strong learning agility and execution capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
