Responsibilities
- 按照标准程序完成纽扣和软包电池的制作和测试,及时发现、报告并解决测试问题;记录、整理、汇报并维护测试数据
- 按照标准程序完成材料的物理化学性能测试如力学性能、DSC等
- 和工程师一起合作开发新的测试方法, 包括新产品的原型制作,设计/制作测试工装,搭建测试系统
- 验证新测试设备/测试方法
- 维护、保养、持续改进现有设备、仪器,测试方法
- 遵守实验室安全管理规定及维护实验室5S
- 协助工程师完成其它工作任务
Required Qualifications
- 理工类专业全日制大专以上学历,本科为佳。材料,化学类及机械专业优先考虑。
- 2年以上工作经验。有电池或材料类实验室工作经验的优先考虑。
- 动手能力强,喜欢实验室的工作。
- 工作耐心,细心,有条理,有较强的主观能动性和团队合作精神
- 能看懂英文的测试方法,会使用英文回复简单的邮件
- 熟练使用常用办公软件 (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
Desired Qualifications
- 动手能力强,善于搭建各种非标测试系统
- 逻辑思维强,具备工程师思维
- 具有主动思考能力
- 会使用AutoCAD/Solidwork
