Your Job
1. To perform connector product tests per related standard/specifications.
2. To support test engineers to complete failure analysis.
What You Will Do
1. Conduct connector product sealing tests according to standard, specification, and SOP, including Pressure/Vacuum leak test, Leak rate test, IR/DWV test, IP9K test, Dust test, etc. (根据相关标准和作业指导书,按要求执行连接器产品密封性能测试,如正负压密封测试,绝缘 / 耐压测试,泄露率测试,高压冲水测试,防尘测试等)。
2. Conduct failure analysis tests according to standard, specification, and SOP, including Solderability test, Core test, SEM test, FTIR test, TGA test, DSC test, MFR test, Cross-Section test, etc. (根据相关标准和作业指导书,按要求执行产品失效分析测试,如可焊性,共面度,扫描电镜,红外光谱,热重分析,差分扫描,熔融指数,金相抛磨等)。
3. Record test raw data in detail and prepare complete test reports timely. (做好试验过程的原始记录,并及时出具测试报告)。
4. Maintain test equipment (including sealing test equipment and failure analysis test equipment) to ensure normal operation. (维护保养测试设备,包括密封测试设备和失效分析相关测试设备,确保设备正常运行)。
5. Maintain Lab 7S management to meet relevant requirements. (维护实验室 7S 以满足相关要求)。
6. Carry out special assignments/projects assigned by his/her supervisor. (完成主管安排的其他工作)。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Engineering graduate (Material, Electrical, Mechanical or Measurement & Control) from a recognized college or technical secondary school. (理工科大专以上或同等学历,材料,电气,机械,测控类等相关专业)。
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in connector test field, with experience in either sealing performance test or failure analysis/material analysis test. (至少 1 年连接器测试相关工作经验,具备密封性能测试或失效分析,材料分析测试相关经验者优先)。
- Have experience in conducting tests according to USCAR-2, GWM3191, VW75174 (sealing test related) and experience in failure analysis/material analysis tests (connector industry experience is required). (执行过 USCAR-2 , GMW3191 , VW75174 等相关密封测试,具备失效分析或材料分析测试相关经验,需有连接器行业工作经历)。
- Able to communicate (reading and writing with tool) in English. (具备基本的英文读写能力,可借助工具完成相关工作)。
- Proficient in Windows Office software (Excel and Word). (熟练掌握 Windows Office 办公软件,包括 Excel 和 Word )。
- Ability to operate relevant test equipment, including sealing test equipment (such as IR/DWV Tester, IP9K Tester, Dust tester, etc.) and failure analysis test equipment (such as Solderability tester, SEM, Cores Tester, FTIR, MFR tester, etc.). (能操作相关测试设备,包括密封测试设备:如绝缘 / 耐压测试仪,高压冲水设备,防尘测试设备等;以及失效分析相关测试设备:如可焊性测试仪,扫描电镜,共面度测试仪,红外光谱测试仪,熔融指数仪等)。
