- Manage cost calculation tools and processes
- Ability to collaborate in Quoting team with Sales, Application Team, Purchasing, Product and Process Engineering
- Manage costing and quoting activities
- Support Management with business case related Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Define and create trainings for costing employees by qualification level
- Contact person for product cost related topics for internal customers
- Check Team KPIs workload
- Support BU Costing Head in performance reviews and talent reviews
- Support Controlling by providing project financials
- Develop and support Costing team members
- Ensure team compliance
- Disciplinary leadership, guidance, development, motivation of subordinate employees
- Collaboration with Tech Centers and plants
- Leading projects (e.g. FACTON BI implementation)
- Develop, implement and maintain the costing guideline
- Finance, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background is preferred
- Proven experience in a Costing or Cost Engineering related role. First leadership experience preferred
- Professional product costing calculation software experience such as FACTON or TcPCM
- Strong understanding of commodity cost structures
- Very good command in English language
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
