The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Your new responsibilities

Partner alongside the function leaders to provide HR support together with HR COE team to optimize people, structure, processes and culture with the goal of achieving business results.

Implement global/local HR key processes to ensure they are effective, and aligned to business and organizational objectives.

Provide counsel and support to function heads on HR fundamentals, key process and HR initiatives/programs

Ensure the quality, efficiency and compliance of HR operations and employee actions.

Work with function leaders to build and retain positive employee relationship and execute people actions

Work with function leaders on FTE and workforce planning for aligned groups when needed.

Work with TA COE to ensure the quality hiring of professional staff in place within desired timeframe.

Work with TD COE to define and execute people development imperatives and learning programs (including succession planning for target groups).

Work with function leaders to drive employee retention initiatives and mitigate attrition risks within aligned organizations.

Participate/lead defined projects/initiatives to manage/support the business change proactively to support business strategy from HR perspective.

Other assignments as needed which may be from both direct manager and peer group.
What we look for
-
Bachelor’s degree or above.
- >8 years solid HR work experience in manufacturing enterprises, familiar with all HR modules, able to independently carry out human resources work, especially in employee communication, organization development and expert in handling ER case.
- Self-starter, willing to learn and always seek for extra mile.
- Very strong inter-personal skill and able to work under high pressure.
- Good logical thinking, result-oriented and strong execution.
- Good affinity, communication and coordination skills.
- Good written and spoken in English.
- Work collaboratively and boundlessly with others at all levels to ensure the successful business and function deliverables.
