These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.
We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.
Job Description

Client Acquisition & Signing: Identify and secure clients in the cultural and creative sectors, including but not limited to:

Licensing departments of museums, art galleries, and art institutions
-
Independent illustrators, IP owners, and creative studios
-
Intangible cultural heritage brands and cultural design studios
-
Lifestyle concept stores and brands seeking derivative product development
-
Sales Target Achievement: Meet assigned sales targets by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and needs analysis to proposal pitching, contract signing, and payment collection.

Account Management: Build and maintain a client database for the cultural and creative sector. Conduct regular follow-ups to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.

Market Insight: Track industry trends (such as trending IPs and new consumer behaviors) and provide frontline feedback for exhibition zone planning and content curation.

Cross-sector Collaboration: Work with other exhibition sectors (Film & TV, Gaming, Fashion, etc.) to facilitate cross-over collaborations between cultural IPs and non-cultural brands.
Qualifications
-
College degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in sales or business development. Must meet at least one of the following criteria:

Sales experience in the cultural, art, or design industries

Experience in selling exhibition booths or market stalls
-
Business experience dealing with brand owners or IP licensors
-
Solid understanding of the cultural and creative ecosystem, with a clear grasp of the "IP licensing - product development - channel sales" business model.
