Position Summary
The incumbent is support project team in handling projects in the way that satisfies and exceeds customer expectations of this service, and enhancing the jobholder the TÜV SÜD reputation and knowledge by providing excellent service to all internal and external customers.
Responsibilit y and Authority
Act and perform according to the Quality Policy.
Support project engineers to finish the projects efficiently with high quality , from beginning ( bidding/ quotation) to t he end ( test report/ certification).
Check required documents including open project required documents, application form, trademark declaration, customer code, FI information, component certificate, BoM etc.
T ake photos , receive and return samples .
H elp engineer to print and s can all necessary documents , move required documents to UN C fo l der .
Coordinate seminar/meeting/other activity with PE/PM if need .
Develop general and technical knowledge by actively participating in training, discussion and meetings .
Inform project manager if any problems incur making it not possible to reach the target as set out in the job description or performance planning .
Motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities and challenges while maintain a positive attitude.
Education and Experience
C ollege degree or above .
Technical background of electrical engineering is preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Customer-oriented and able to work independently
S elf-motivated, determined working etho s and have a mind-set of team work
Fluent in wri tten and oral English & Chinese
